Biography
Hailing from Mississippi, Brad has been immersed in music since his earliest days—growing up with a guitar in hand and a radio tuned to the sounds that shaped a generation. As a kid in the mid-’70s, he discovered the magic of Album Oriented Rock on WZZQ, where the airwaves carried everything from The Beatles to Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd to James Taylor. That mix of melody, storytelling, and raw authenticity would go on to define his musical DNA.
During his college years, he began performing publicly, blending classic rock with the acoustic intimacy that would become his hallmark. Through the ’90s, he was a member of the regional favorite Cathead Biscuit, known for their soulful blend of southern roots and rock energy.
Today, he brings that same passion to his solo acoustic performances, delivering an engaging mix of ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s favorites—alongside modern tunes that share that same timeless spirit. His setlists nod to the greats—The Beatles, Neil Young, John Prine, Jimmy Buffett, Johnny Cash, Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam, and more—each song reimagined with warmth, energy, and a deep respect for the craft.
